service management company specializing in all areas of
Residential and Commercial property. Our main area of focus is
Akron, Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Twinsburg, Canton, and recently we
have expanded our expertise in Medina County and are always
excited to grow in new areas. We have a talented full service
team which includes in house 24 on call maintenance, lawn care,
snow removal, renovation and restoration, ect… Our office staff
is well educated and has collectively over 100 years experience
in the industry. Seasoned
professionals work closely with property owners, tenants,
residents and the leasing team to ensure complete customer
satisfaction. We strive to bring excellence in the field
of management to generate revenue for owners and partners.
We are also licensed and affiliated
with Century 21 Belden Realty out of Canton Ohio.
The President of Crossroads Management,
Cindy Bender Clark, has over 30 years of experience in
Commercial and Residential property management. She understands
the systems that work in the field to promote growth and retain
costs. She also has been able to influence the design and
construction standards, which help assure low operation costs
and higher performance standards. Cindy is working on finishing
her education to become a licensed broker this Spring, 2008.
